Terramar Sports, one of the clients of Beta Textiles Co.,Limited sponsored the Save the Poles project in which Eric Larsen wore Terramar baselayer while climbing to the summit of Mt.Everest. The performance clothing he was wearing was product from the Helix and Geofleece series produced by Beta Textiles Co.,Limited but with Terramar brands.

With availability of more than 200 flatlock sewing machinese, Beta Textiles Co.,Limited is a specialized manufacturer of flatlock seam thermal underwear, sportswear and outdoor clothing.

The client in one of the largest importers of thermal underwear in Canada and production was done in China by Beta Textiles Co.,Limited.

Remarks: The following gallery is just a collection to show what types of products we produced in the past and should not be interpreted as a catalogue. Production  is always based on buyer’s tech packs, samples and/or technical requirements.

Fitting

Client can send us patterns in electronic form if they have a designing team. We operate with both Lectra and Gerber garment CAD software. If the client has electronic files, there is no need to send patterns printed on paper.

1. Client to send all technical information and/or sample of the fabrics they want to order to include yarn brand, yarn count, weight, gauge, special finishing (if any). Perferably client should also advise estimated quantity;
2. BTXCO will make quotations based on received information and/or sample;
3. If price is workable, BTXCO will buy yarn, do knitting, dyeing and finishing to make counter smaples for approval. For new client, sampling cost will be invoiced to the client, but refundable when order is placed.
4. Production will proceed when counter sample is approved, PO is confirmed and advance payment is received;
5. Quality approval and color approval will done separately. Color lab-dips will be submitted for approval and bulk production will be based on approved lab-dips.

Remarks:

1. We do not keep fabric collections as we have hundreds of fabrics running; but we are alble to send some quality samples to show our quality and product range;
2. We can always product according to your technical specifications and or samples in a short time. From your information, we will know what yarn,machine to use and produce accordingly. It is much better and more efficient if you tell us what you need. Our range includes all warp knitted and circular knitted fabrics;
3. One sample is worth one thousand words. No quotation or production can be done based on writen specifications. Sample approval is the most critical.
4. We are not a stock dealer and will not handle any inquiries for stock fabric.

1. Client to send technical specifications for garment, fabric and trimmings;
2. Beta Textiles Co., Limited (BTXCO) will make quotation and/or make counter samples;
3. Normal garment sample production will include fit sample, pp sample and shipping samples. Some procedures can be omiited if agreed by both parties;
4. POs will be issued by Buyer when pp samples are approved;

Remarks:

1. BTXCO is not involved in any retail business and will not handle orders less than 500 pcs per style.color; BTXCO mainly works with bulk garment importers, traders etc;
2. Retailers can contact our partner importers and traders in their own countries for retails POs;
3. BTXCO does production based on confirmed POs and Buyer’s technical specifications. When you make an inquiry, please advise articulately what you need instead of what we have. We will use your brand, logo etc for your POs. Buyers need to make sure they are licensed or authorized for certain brands and take respective legal responsibilities;
4. Production for retailers is only possible if the fabrics they want to use is in our running production.
