ATY Fabrics

Nylon and Polyester ATY Fabrics

Beta Textiles Co., Limited produces and uses a wide rang of polyester ATY and Nylon ATY fabrics with stretch. ATY is an air texture yarn also called cotton feel nylon and cotton feel polyester respectively.

ATY is so called spun-like yarn. Owing to hairy feeling like natural cotton, it’ s also called cotton-like yarn. Nylon Filament ATY is light weight, wear resistant, easily cleaned and quick dry. It is suitable for sports wears, casual wears and jackets.

Polyester Polyamide Conjugated Fabrics

Fabric Features

Carbonized Coffee is a nano-grade powder made of coffee dreg and used coffee bean. After carbonization and nano process, the charcoal achieves UV-cut, odor-free and quick dry functions.

The product is environmental friendly as all processes are mechnical, not chemical.
Major features:

Environment friendly: less carbon release, 48% less than bamboo charcoal, 85% less than coconut carbon;
Heat retaining and warming: the temperature rises up higher than PET when exposed to sun light;
Odor-free: the micriporous struture controls moisture and inhibits backterial growth and thus make the fabric odor-free;
Anion releasing:coffee charcoal fabric releases anion and makes the wearer heathier.

Printed Merino Wool Fabrics

BTEXCO printed merino wool fabrics are made with the latest printing technology – CTP (Cool Transfer Printing) and Digital Printing. Different from the traditional screen printing, the new printing technogies used by BTEXCO will provide super soft hand feel and good color fastness and vivid colors.

In addition to normal prints, complicated prints such as Mossy Oak and Realtree patterns can also be printed on merino wool fabrics with BTEXCO new printing technology.
